Welcome: Wreck Bay Aboriginal

Netcorp GPS welcomes Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community Council. Situated in and around the surrounding land and water of Jervis Bay NSW, the Wreck Bay Community form part of the broader Jervis Bay Landscape.
Members of the community maintain and service the attached Booderee National Park which covers 6312 hectares of national park including 403 hectares of Aboriginal Community Land including land surrounding Department of Defence faculties at HMAS Creswell.
They sought advice on utilising GPS tracking for the maintenance and monitoring of vehicles used to navigate the national park and surrounding areas. One of the major forces behind this push was the improvement of OH&S responsibilities and historical tracking of vehicles and where maintenance tasks have been performed to better improve productivity.
With a few clicks, staff could quickly locate vehicle positions in the case of an Emergency or Bushfire, if staff are unreachable by phone. Historical data can serve as a method of locating vehicles and the direction they were travelling in if required.
