  1. All Subscription Service Charges are payable monthly or annually in advance
  2. All Live Update Intervals are subject to available GPS and GPRS Signal. The client understands that there are certain
    limitations of GPS tracking device
  3. Unless otherwise stated, there are no minimum contract terms for Netcorp GPS tracking subscription services. A minimum of 30 days written notice is required prior to the next billing cycle. All GPS Equipment remains the property of Netcorp GPS Pty Ltd until all outstanding accounts are paid for in full
  4. Warranty does not cover physical or electrical damage to a device or devices that have been tampered with.
  5. Lifetime Warranty only applies to devices installed by an authorised or qualified technician.
  6. If the device or installation is found to be tampered with, the client agrees to pay any costs related to any onsite repair or replacement of the device

IMPORTANT: By signing the authority below, the customer agrees that Netcorp GPS Pty Ltd and any of its employees, agents or contracted technicians, under any circumstances, cannot be held responsible for any customer legal obligations, loss or damage to property, services or income, arising from the use of products and services provided by Netcorp GPS Pty Ltd. It is the full responsibility and due diligence of the client to inform themselves of the relevant governing local, state and federal laws regarding the use of GPS Tracking Devices and Fleet Tracking Services.

I have read the above terms and conditions. I agree to allow Netcorp GPS Pty Ltd to debit the above service charges to the nominated payment methods.
